Hello! I am Chris, ANNE TOURAINE USA Custom Scarves and Ties chief designer. All day long I work on custom scarves, pockets squares, ties and bow ties for amazing customers in need of logoed neckwear. My family, my relatives and my friends all say that I am obsessed with branded neck accessories. I sure am (and happy to be) but I have good reasons! Here is one of my ordinary days:
6:00am: wake-up little Susie ♫♪. You have a baby and a toddler to feed while Hubby is still asleep… I rush, grab two baby food jars in the pantry and boom! It reminds me of these cute logo ties and scarves we recently created for a NESTLE-GERBER rep meeting.
7:00am: jumping into my car. Jeez. Empty gas tank! Got to stop at the gas station. Should I go to CHEVRON or MURPHY? Can’t choose. Love them both. Guess why…?
7:30am: stuck in my car. My best friend from DC calls me. She is in the DC metro on her way to the office. It reminds me of these chic extra-large custom silk scarves we created for the DC metro a few months ago. Love you too DC metro staff!
8:15am: at the office, finally. My HP computer is my best friend! So is Microsoft! Wink!
10:30am: the accounting department is asking info about one of our customers. These accounting department people… all they are interested in is Quickbooks! No wonder why…
2:15pm: email from my college sorority who wants to make sure I won’t miss our next reunion. No doubt I will attend and I will wear one of the personalized scarves we created just for my alma mater!
2:30 pm: finalizing some logo scarves and ties for a major customer. In the meantime, I receive a nice thank you note from JOHNSON'S. They are delighted with the customized scarves we recently manufactured for one of their big events. Thank you, JOHNSON'S, for sharing your satisfaction! We receive positive feedback from our customers very often but we can’t get enough of these nice and thankful messages. These are our fuel!
6:00pm: my mind wanders… time for summer resolutions… got to lose weight – I trust Coolsculpting to help me as successfully as we helped them for their scarf, tie and pocket square project. Got to exercise. Biking appears evident to me…
6:15pm: Tonight, Hubby and I must decide between Chile or Canada for our next vacation place. I already know I’ll vote for Chile (always wanted to go there) and I already know which company I want to fly with... Am I biased? Hummm… Hubby says I am and, honestly speaking, he is right!
6:30pm: TGIF! Time to go home. I so feel like relaxing while enjoying a cool drink. Will need to look into Mark Addison’s new cocktail book to select a recipe. His book release was a big hit and I heard that the journalists who attended the event were very pleased with the custom twillies and pocket squares they received as a celebration gift. 6:32pm: about to leave. Hubby calls – he is an old Mercedes car aficionado: “will you join me this weekend for a special car event”, he asks? Why not… as long as I wear the appropriate scarf and you wear the appropriate tie, I am ready to go!
7:15pm: home, sweet home! Love your welcome hug, Emma: you are my favorite Corgi baby ever! You know you were in my mind when we designed these special custom scarves for your favorite Corgi club. I can’t thank you enough for being altogether a source of joy, love and inspiration!
